The basis we work on
Using RentalForCar means agreeing to these terms. They set out our role as a booking agent and the limits of our responsibility.
Our role
RentalForCar is an independent travel agency and booking agent operated by Affluence Hospitality LLC. We arrange car rentals with third-party rental companies. We are not a rental car company, we do not own a fleet, and we are not affiliated with any rental brand.
Bookings and payment
Quotes include taxes and mandatory fees known at the time of quoting. Any amount paid to RentalForCar at booking is applied toward your rental. Deposits, fuel, extras and local charges are handled by the rental company at the counter.
The rental agreement
Your contract for the vehicle is with the rental company and is governed by the agreement you sign at pick-up, including its age, licence, card and insurance terms.
Changes and cancellations
See our cancellation and refunds page. Rules vary by rate and location, and we’ll confirm them before you book.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RentalForCar is not liable for the acts of the rental company or for losses outside our reasonable control.
